Job Description:

Role: Motion Graphics Designer

Work Mode: WFO

Location : Navi Mumbai ( Ghansoli )

Position Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or similar years of graphic design or visual development experience. 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably creating assets for video or motion teams. Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Foundational knowledge of Adobe After Effects - understanding how to prep files for animation. Proven ability to create Style Frames that define the look and feel of a project before production begins. Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain design choices to non-designers. Willingness to work independently and be receptive to creative direction from motion designers. Experience in 3 D modeling and design (Cinema 4 D, Blender, Adobe Stager). Experience with Unreal Engine or real-time rendering environments. Knowledge of AI design tools for concepting and rapid prototyping. Conceptual understanding of how 2 D assets translate into 3 D spaces. Creative problem-solving skills, especially regarding file optimization and workflow efficiency.
