Pay: Earn ₹75 to ₹225 per session — Get paid for every 30 minutes you watch an AI interview.

As a Proctoring Associate , you’ll join this journey at the intersection of innovation and fairness. What You’ll Do:

• Monitor live technical interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or our platform
• Intervene or flag issues when AI hits an edge case or makes a mistake
• Troubleshoot problems related to bot performance, timing, or user experience
• Record and escalate any suspicious behaviour or platform bugs
• Provide quick, clear summaries after each session
• Work closely with the AI team to suggest fixes, improvements, or new features
• Contribute to improving fairness by calibrating question logic and evaluation criteria
• Maintain internal documentation of known issues, fixes, and best practices
• Handle escalated customer queries or interview support needs
• Stay current on new trends in AI interviewing and automation

What You Need:

• A laptop, strong internet, and a quiet space
• Great attention to detail and quick reflexes
• Ability to follow structured SOPs and escalate issues clearly
• Bonus: Experience in proctoring, live support, tech interviews, or customer handling.

Note : Interested candidates should be able to give minimum of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
