Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform patent searches, landscape, patent family and FTO analysis for Formulations.
Analyse Orange book patents, prosecution history, prior art and claims.
Develop non-infringement across India , US and Europe and assess business impact.
Identify new product opportunities for the development pipeline.

Patent Searching | FTO | Patent Analysis | IP Strategy | Formulation Patents | Indian, US and European Patent Laws | Strong Analytical & English communication skills
