Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition to join a growing IT organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition is mandatory. Candidates with an IT educational background will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of the company's IT products and solutions. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Qualify prospects and expand the sales pipeline. Coordinate with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets. Stay proactive, result-oriented, and continuously learn about new products and market trends. Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.
