Salary $140,000–$160,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to NE US
An established industrial manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead plant maintenance, internal tooling operations, and facilities at its Pennsylvania location, with additional oversight of a second manufacturing operation.
THE OPPORTUNITYLead maintenance and reliability programs to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.Oversee the internal machine shop/toolroom that supports tooling, dies, and replacement parts for manufacturing equipment.Manage plant facilities, utilities, contractors, maintenance budgets, and capital improvements.Lead and develop an approximately 30-person maintenance and facilities organization.Provide maintenance and operational oversight for the company’s second facility, with periodic travel.
WHAT YOU MUST BRINGAt least 7 years of progressive maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.Experience leading industrial maintenance teams and managing plant facilities.Working knowledge of machining, toolrooms, or in-house fabrication of production tooling and replacement parts. xzbcwsv Ability to manage maintenance priorities, budgets, and technical personnel across manufacturing operations.
