Service Technician I ($26.68) - On-Site Living Required

This position supports Rancho San Joaquin Apartment Homes and requires on-site living. Work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday/Monday off, 9am - 6pm, on-call required.

The Service Technician executes maintenance operations across the operating unit, including service requests, vacant apartment maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and community-wide projects utilizing established quality and safety standards.

• Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Executes all resident service requests (work orders), preventative maintenance schedules, and performs quality turn service for vacant units.
• Maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform.

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience

• 0 - 2 years

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability is a plus.
• The physical requirements for this position include: Below waist lift - 48lbs, Below to above waist lift - 34lbs, Push/pull (walking) - 60lbs force, Ladder climbing - Occasional, Unilateral balance - Average of 20 seconds or more per leg
• Travel between communities may be required daily. Ability to perform these functions at multiple sites is required
• After hours on-call support as needed
• Valid California drivers license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Companys MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
