Key Responsibilities • Own team and individual sales targets, with accountability for revenue delivery and core commercial performance metrics. • Lead a team of approximately 5 sales professionals and create a culture of ownership, responsiveness, discipline, and high standards. • Identify, prioritize, and curate promising leads by reviewing customer behavior, historical data, purchase patterns, browsing signals, and engagement history. • Support the team in focusing on the highest-potential opportunities by improving lead relevance and conversion efficiency. • Engage customers across phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, video consultations, and other relevant channels to drive conversion. • Reactivate dormant customers and reconnect with past buyers through personalized outreach and timely relationship-building. • Drive upsell, cross-sell, repeat purchase, and occasion-based selling opportunities such as anniversaries, birthdays, gifting moments, and milestone purchases. • Serve as an escalation point and coach for complex or high-value customer interactions. • Ensure that sales agents retain full ownership of the customer relationship after conversion, including service-related follow-through tied to the orders they close. • Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and performance-manage team members as the function evolves. • Build reporting dashboards, monitor team performance trends, and present periodic business insights, performance updates, and recommendations to leadership. • Partner closely with marketing teams to share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and opportunities to improve targeting and conversion. • Collaborate effectively with CX, service, fulfillment, and internal stakeholders to reduce friction and improve customer confidence throughout the journey. Ideal Candidate Profile • 8 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, luxury retail, luxury e-commerce, consultative selling, or high-value client relationship management • Strong track record of driving revenue through relationship-led selling rather than aggressive or transactional sales behavior • Experience leading and coaching teams while also contributing as an individual performer • Strong commercial judgment and comfort working with targets, conversion metrics, and performance dashboards • Excellent understanding of premium customer expectations and the nuances of luxury selling • Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales motions in a structured, customer-centric • Strong follow-through and a natural sense of ownership across the entire customer lifecycle • High responsiveness, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence across functions • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving business environment with high standards and global coordination requirements • Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or premium e-commerce will be strongly preferred • GIA or IGI certification, or equivalent jewelry knowledge, will be an advantage If your profile resonate with experience above, you can direct share profile on mail -
