Customer Retention Manager

We're looking for a **Senior CRM Manager / Manager** to lead end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing across key business verticals. The role focuses on driving user activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage through data-driven CRM strategies while working closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams.

Key Requirement

* 6–9 years of CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing experience (B2C/D2C consumer apps preferred

* Hands-on experience with **CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or Braze*

** Strong expertise in customer lifecycle management, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and CRM analytic

* Experience managing CRM campaigns across **Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App*

** Team management experience with a data-driven, high-ownership mindse

* Understanding of Indian consumer behavior, especially Tier 2/3 audiences, is preferre

Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end CRM journeys from onboarding to reactivation

* Drive activation, retention, engagement, and repeat usage across CRM channels

* Optimize campaigns through data analysis, experimentation, and performance tracking

* Build dashboards, automate reporting, and mentor the CRM team
