Additional Information About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Clinical Pharmacist Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting safe and effective medication use across the organization through strong clinical knowledge, teamwork, and operational excellence.     Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Every 4th weekend (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Holiday rotation  Key Responsibilities: Verify medication orders and collaborate with nursing staff Manage inventory, medication prep, and Pyxis refills Support medication delivery, patient counseling, and prior authorizations Participate in REMS programs and departmental committees Contribute to workflow optimization, policy development, and patient safety initiatives This role of
