Credence Innovations | Zionsville, IN | Full-Time | $900–$1,500/Week | Paid Weekly | Hiring Now No Experience. Real Campaign Work. Real Results. Credence Innovations is expanding our marketing and direct sales team in the Zionsville area and looking for motivated, people-first individuals to join us as Entry Level Marketing Campaign Specialists. You'll be on the front lines of live marketing campaigns — engaging customers face-to-face at pop-up events and retail activations throughout the Zionsville area — representing our clients' products and services directly to the public. If you want hands-on marketing experience from day one — not an unpaid internship and not a desk job — this is it. What You'll Be Doing- Execute live marketing campaigns at pop-up events and retail activations across the Zionsville area on behalf of our clients- Engage customers directly, communicate product and service value clearly, and drive campaign results in the field- Set up, manage, and break down event displays and marketing materials at assigned locations- Track your campaign activity, customer interactions, and daily performance metrics- Collaborate with your team to hit weekly campaign goals and contribute to overall client success- Participate in daily training, coaching, and team debriefs to sharpen your skills and advance your career What We're Looking For- Strong communication skills — you're comfortable talking to new people every day- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and ready to bring energy to every shift- Coachable and eager to learn — you apply feedback and improve fast- Reliable transportation required for local Zionsville area travel- Able to commit to a consistent full-time schedule- Must be authorized to work in the United States- No prior marketing or sales experience required — we train you completely from day one How Pay WorksThis is a full-time W2 employee position Base pay is $10/hour plus commission. Estimated weekly earnings range from $900 to $1,500 depending on individual performance.
