Support Data Engineer (L3 Support)
We are looking for a Support Data Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore . This role is ideal for professionals with strong L3/Production Support experience in data engineering environments who excel at troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensuring data quality across systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Perform detailed analysis and validation of data flows and pipelines.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and recurring issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess impact and drive issue resolution.
- Monitor data quality, operational stability, and system performance.
- Recommend and track permanent fixes to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Support ongoing production operations and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
