This includes creating products, generating quotes, placing orders, applying pricing and discounts, and ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly. Preferred candidate profile Worked on Siebel Customer Order Management (COM), handling product configuration, pricing, order creation, asset-based ordering, workflow customization, and integrations with billing and fulfillment systems. Supported end-to-end order lifecycle management and resolved production issues to ensure smooth order processing.
