Job Summary Plans and implements specific treatment programs for neonatal through geriatric patients according to accepted physical therapy practices and principles. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) After 2015, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy is required Experience: N/A Certification/Licensure: Required Licensed Physical Therapist Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
