Wayco is the legal technology company behind CaseHelp , helping people with accident claims nationwide. Backed by top VCs, we’re building an AI-powered platform that makes getting help after an accident faster and easier with partner law firms.

We move fast and run a true startup culture. We’re looking for an Arizona-based Marketing Associate with experience in UGC, Meta Ads, and the personal injury space to help grow CaseHelp into a nationally recognized consumer brand.

Who you are:

• Based in Arizona with an understanding of personal injury, accident claims, and what makes someone reach out for help
• A hands-on creator — you can script, shoot, and edit compelling user-generated content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Experienced with Meta Ads Manager — you’ve launched campaigns, tested creatives, managed budgets, and improved performance
• Both creative and analytical — you know how to write a strong hook and use conversion data to decide what to make next
• Comfortable working with creators, appearing on camera, and turning complex topics into clear, relatable content
• Resourceful and driven — you take ownership, move quickly, and want to help build a company

What you’ll work on:

• UGC and creative production — producing videos, hooks, scripts, and ad variations that connect with people after an accident
• Meta Ads — launching and optimizing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, from creative testing to scaling what works
• Creator partnerships — sourcing, briefing, and managing creators to build a steady pipeline of fresh content
• CaseHelp’s brand — growing our social presence with useful, approachable content that earns consumer trust
• Performance and conversion — tracking cost per qualified lead, intake completion, and downstream results alongside our intake team
• Messaging quality — working with our legal and intake teams to keep content accurate, clear, and grounded in real consumer needs
