We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team at Sergio Student Services . The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality IELTS coaching, helping students achieve their target band scores, and providing personalized guidance throughout their exam preparation.

• Conduct IELTS training sessions for Academic and General Training students.
• Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking .
• Assess students' English proficiency and create personalized learning plans.
• Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback.
• Track student progress and maintain performance records.
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises.
• Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target band scores.
• Stay up to date with the latest IELTS exam patterns and teaching methodologies.
• Coordinate with the student counselling team on students' study-abroad requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of IELTS teaching experience (Freshers with excellent English communication and IELTS certification may also apply).
• IELTS Band Score 7.5+ (preferred).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to teach both online and offline classes when required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is an added advantage.
