About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Business Finance professional to partner with cross-functional teams and drive financial insights, controls, and business performance.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Business & Delivery, enabling data-driven decisions, strong governance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Partner with Business, Finance & Controllership teams to drive financial performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across projects and business units Drive revenue recognition, invoicing, and collection tracking Monitor project profitability, cost analysis, and effort tracking Analyze unbilled revenue, receivables, and revenue leakage risks Work closely with CXO-level stakeholders and business leaders Strengthen process controls, reporting accuracy, and financial governance Enable MIS reporting, insights, and decision supportWhat We're Looking For
CA qualified / MBA with relevant experience
4–6 years in Business Finance / FP& A / Project Finance
Experience in IT Services / project-based environment (preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Revenue recognition Project accounting Budgeting & forecasting Financial controlsAdvanced skills in:
Excel Power BI (preferred)Success Traits
