The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction Experience delivering multi-floor tenant improvement or renovation projects within Class A office environments Experience with medical office buildings and healthcare construction projects Ground-up construction experience preferred Higher education project experience strongly preferred Experience delivering complex laboratory, examination room, imaging, or technical facility projects Track record managing renovation projects within occupied buildings Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client-facing skills Proficiency with construction management software and standard project controls tools Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities What's on Offer Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Annual Bonus: Up to 15% Auto Allowance: $500 per month Healthcare: 100% employer-paid coverage Opportunity to join a financially stable contractor with a strong pipeline of repeat business Clear career progression within a growing organization Exposure to high-profile office, healthcare, and institutional projects Collaborative leadership team with a strong reputation in the market Interested?
