Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health | Brentwood, TN Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (one weekend day required) Company Description Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health is a national organization specializing in addiction and mental health treatment through a unique combination of music and evidence-based clinical care. Role Description Recovery Unplugged is seeking a Primary Therapist for our Residential Treatment Program in Brentwood, TN. This full-time, on-site position involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinating care with multidisciplinary team members, and participating in treatment team meetings and discharge planning. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to evidence-based, person-centered care. Qualifications * Must be a master’s-level therapist and/or hold one of the following credentials: LADAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT. * Experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred. * Skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and case management. * Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, relapse prevention, and addiction recovery principles. * Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team. * Residential or inpatient behavioral health experience preferred. xzbcwsv We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinicians who are passionate about addiction treatment and committed to providing high-quality care in a collaborative residential treatment environment.
