Salary: $50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer at least 3 years of experience in a technology support or IT support role.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012-2025, and Active Directory.
• We need strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Microsoft Cloud Services certification, MCP, or A+ certification is highly desirable.
• We value excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to maintain a positive attitude with people and challenges.

• We install, update, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, servers, Microsoft cloud services, peripheral devices, printers, and software.
• We maintain security across LANs, WANs, VPNs, WLANs, internet, and intranet environments for our customers, both remotely and on-site.
• We monitor, support, and administer Active Directory and Group Policy, including adding or removing users, managing passwords, printers, mapped drives, and security settings.
• We administer and maintain backup and disaster recovery images, and restore operating systems, folders, and files as needed.
• We manage or resolve incoming phone calls, emails, and tickets.
• We document recurring issues and resolutions to improve future incident handling across teams, including automation where possible.

We are Think Unified, an Arlington-based managed IT services provider supporting more than 200 small to medium-sized businesses across the DFW area. We focus on building long-term client partnerships by acting as a strategic technology partner and delivering tailored cloud, security, infrastructure, and support solutions through a standardized service model. This full-time role is based in Arlington, TX with travel to client sites throughout the DFW metro area.
