Location: Noida

Working Days: 5 Days
Shift: Night Shift
Process: International Voice Process
Interview: Virtual Interview
Eligibility
- Graduates: 6+ months of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support preferred
- Freshers: Graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Strong English communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for an international process
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Follow company policies and process guidelines

- Excellent spoken English
- Good listening and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
