About the Role

Business Operations Specialist (1 – 3 Years | Graduates & Freshers Welcome)

Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore

Note on Location: Candidates residing outside Coimbatore will not be considered for this role. Please ensure you meet this location requirement before applying.

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days | Agile, High-Growth Environment

Compensation & Hiring Track

Experienced Candidates (1-3 Years):

Full-time roles offer a maximum compensation of ₹3 LPA , based on experience, performance, and overall fit. Please apply only if this aligns with your current salary expectations .

Fresh Graduates (0 years or with Internship experience)

Fresh graduates will join through a 6-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of up to ₹15,000 , based on qualifications and fit designed as a pathway to full-time employment, not a short-term internship . Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing candidates will be considered for full-time employment .

What You Will Do

This is a multi-functional role with defined ownership:

• 20% Operations: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• 20% AI & Automation: Use AI tools to create content, generate images and automate repetitive tasks.
• 20% Client Communication: Handle professional email communication with international dealers.
• 20% Content Enhancement: Curate and update content for microsites and catalogs (80% execution, 20% strategy).
• 20% Coordination: Act as the link between office and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

A Typical Day

• Process and track orders with strict attention to detail.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Respond to international client emails within defined timelines and follow up where required.
• Execute SEO and content updates and assist with website tasks.
• Use the internal CRM and AI tools for content, images, and workflow efficiency.
