The Successful Applicant Superintendent experience with a reputable General Contractor Experience overseeing high-end commercial, hospitality, luxury residential, or country club projects Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills Stable work history with demonstrated tenure Flexible background with exposure to multiple construction sectors preferred Country club experience highly preferred What's on Offer Salary: $120K-$150K Health insurance with employer-funded HSA contribution 401(k) with 4% company match Monthly vehicle allowance ($250-$400) Company gas card (approximately one tank per week) Phone reimbursement or company phone plan Life insurance and long-term disability coverage Discretionary bonus program (3%-5%) Two weeks paid vacation
