The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a full time role. Qualified candidates will own the development and integration of in-house ERP system. This role maintains a shared understanding of how systems and processes fit together, with engineering accountable for technical architecture and custom development.
Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders and internal consultants/development team to integrate CRM/ERP system into a central CRM/ERP systemBusiness analysis, Salesforce administration, functional solution design, and delivery coordinationOwn the internal business systems, and drive development and integration for a single source ERP system conversations that keep it realisticWork with leadership to define where core business records should be storedWork with internal consultants and development teamServe as the primary business systems liaison for all internal business unitsMap current workflows across departments, identify gaps in the systems which would slow down the business, and help to redesign those processes before they are automatedTranslate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans that engineering and consultants can executeFacilitate decisions among stakeholders with competing needs and keep them aligned through deliveryServe as the functional owner of the internal ERP system to ensure consistent standards for fields, objects, stages, routing, ownership, and reportingPerform admin-level configuration directly: objects and fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboardsPartner with engineering and consultants on platform, website, and data integrationsOwn business requirements, functional solution design, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering on technical feasibility, architecture, and implementationScope, brief, and manage consultants and integration partners; review their designs and deliverablesRun projects end to end: scope, timeline, testing (UAT), training, rollout, and post-launch adoptionEstablish and maintain documentation of business xzbcwsv processes, system designs, and data definitionsDrive user adoption through training, and communication
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Required:7 or more years of experience as a Business Systems AnalysisCRM/ERP Administration- preferably with Salesforce including an understanding of Solution design, Data modeling, Permission sets, Dashboards, Reporting, and Validation rulesBusiness Process ImprovementsGathering requirements across all internal and external business units/stakeholders to include: Reading designs, Understanding code, Gap Analysis - Recognizing gaps and providing a solution and taking ownership- not looking for someone to delegateUsing AI/LLM tools to help improve analysis, automation of manual documents, documentation, workflows
