Job Description
Intermountain Health seeks a Pediatric NICU Clinical Nurse Educator to lead clinical education and competency for NICU teams. In this role, you will design and deliver evidence-based orientation, ongoing training, and simulation experiences; support bedside nurses with just-in-time education; and promote best practices in neonatal and pediatric critical care. You will collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, support quality and safety initiatives, and foster a culture of compassion, learning, and continuous improvement across our pediatric NICU services.
