One of the firm’s existing Audit Directors is moving into a business development role, creating space for a senior audit professional to step into a key position with real influence over quality, people, systems and growth.ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership of a significant audit portfolioActing as the main relationship lead for audit clientsDriving audit quality, compliance and best practiceImproving audit systems, processes and methodologiesMentoring, developing and strengthening the audit teamWorking closely with the leadership team on audit strategyHelping to grow the firm’s audit presence in the marketQualificationsMust already hold RI status at your current firmACA or ACCA qualificationSignificant UK accountancy practice audit experienceStrong experience managing audit portfoliosExperience leading and developing audit teamsStrong FRS 102 audit knowledgeQuality‑focused, commercially minded approachOpportunityThis is a chance to join an independent firm where you can have visible impact.
