LPN Acute Care Clinical Care Annex

UCHealth is seeking an LPN for our Acute Care Clinical Care Annex. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support complex acute care treatments under RN and provider direction. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EHR, assist with patient education and discharge planning, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
