About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as a Saviynt SME to lead operational delivery and technical excellence across Saviynt IAM managed services. Drive platform stability, integrations, compliance, and automation while collaborating with stakeholders and third-party teams.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operational activities for Saviynt including incident management, problem resolution, access reviews, and compliance monitoring.
  • Drive advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions in production and non-production environments.
  • Design, engineer, and support Saviynt integrations, configurations, connector lifecycle, and platform enhancements.
  • Provide technical leadership for releases, patches, upgrades, ensuring change governance, risk mitigation, and CAB ownership.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs to ensure repeatable and governed support operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve defects, manage dependencies, and improve service quality.
  • Implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance control effectiveness.
  • Support requirements analysis, design validation, testing oversight, and smooth transition of enhancements to steady-state operations.


Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Saviynt in managed services, operations, or implementations, with 4+ years total in IAM domain.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM operations covering incidents, changes, service requests, access certifications, user lifecycle, provisioning, audit, and compliance.
  • Hands-on exposure to at least two IAM platforms or adjacent domains such as IGA, AM, or CIAM.
  • Proven experience managing access review campaigns including scope, stakeholder coordination, remediation, tracking, and audit evidence.
  • Strong expertise in compliance frameworks including SOX, GDPR, ISO via audit support and control implementation.
  • Ownership of change governance, release management, rollback planning, and production support controls.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills involving Saviynt configurations, automation scripting, and ITSM processes.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and executive communication capabilities.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, defect tracking, and dependency resolution.


Nice to have

  • Certifications such as Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, IAM, ITIL, or relevant security certifications.
  • Experience working in multi-location teams within Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, or Chennai.
  • Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts including on-call support as required.
