HR Executive – Student Counseling & Operations

The role can combine HR responsibilities + student counseling + admissions coordination .

Key responsibilities:

• Manage employee HR activities, attendance, leave and documentation.
• Counsel students/prospective students regarding courses, career options and job opportunities.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
• Explain course curriculum, fees, batches and career prospects.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate with trainers for batch schedules and student requirements.
• Maintain student records and feedback.
• Support placement coordination and employer interactions.
• Handle basic employee and student grievances.
• Organize orientation sessions, workshops and career counseling sessions.

Ideal candidate:

• 1–4 years of experience in HR, student counseling, admissions or training institutes .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counseling ability.
• Comfortable making calls and following up with students.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in an education/training institute would be preferred.
