Opportunity OverviewBrand Ambassadors are energetic, guest‑obsessed team members who thrive in high‑traffic, high‑emotion environments. This hybrid role ensures visitors have a great experience. You’ll guide guests through the exhibit, animate the world of SKULLPANDA, support exclusive product sales, and ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable experience.This is a temporary, seasonal role ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential environments.
What You Will DoGuest & ExperienceWelcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and brand-appropriate energyBring the SKULLPANDA universe to life through scripted moments, playful interactions, and spontaneous engagementGuide guests through immersive rooms, installations, and photo momentsDeliver light performance elements including scripted lines, character-inspired interactions, and guided momentsSupport interactive stations, giveaways, and event-based activationsAssist with special events, VIP previews, and media activationsAct as a subject-matter expert on POP MART IP — SKULLPANDAProvide product recommendations and help guests make informed purchase decisions
Operations & RetailManage visitor reception, ticket verification and redemption, and crowd flowMonitor traffic, assist with capacity management, and issue safety reminders when neededInspect and maintain exhibits, installations, and on-site facilities to ensure a clean, safe environmentOperate POS systems to complete transactions accurately and efficientlySupport exclusive merchandise launches, drops, and pop-up store operationsHandle ticket gift distribution and inventory managementConduct routine equipment checks, report issues promptly, and assist with unexpected situations

Physical RequirementsFrequently lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.Stand and walk continuously for extended periods, typically 6–8 hours per shift.Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and climb ladders or step stools safely.Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking merchandise, unpacking shipments, pricing products, and organizing inventory.Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities.Operate standard retail equipment and stockroom tools, including handheld scanners, box cutters, and ladders.Work in varying environments including the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.
Pay Range DetailsThe hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
