We’re hiring Customer Service Executives for our Voice Process in Pune.
Who Should Apply?
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates, as per company eligibility
0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre or related roles
Strong spoken and written English communication
Basic computer knowledge & MS Office skills
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Job Details
Location: Pune
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 5 days/week
Weekly Off: 2 rotational week offs
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Provide accurate product/service information
Maintain customer interaction records
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Meet quality and performance targets
