We're looking for a smart, curious and highly energetic Creative Production Intern who wants to understand how an idea becomes a film.
This is not a desk-only internship.
You'll work across the filmmaking process — researching ideas, developing concepts, creating pitch decks, preparing for productions and being on the ground with our team during shoots.
One day you could be researching a brand.
The next, you could be building a pitch.
And the next, you could be on a film set helping bring that idea to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Research brands, industries, people and stories Brainstorm concepts for films and campaigns Find strong visual and storytelling references Develop moodboards and creative references Help turn rough ideas into clear film concepts Explore interesting formats and storytelling approachesPITCHES & PRESENTATIONS
Help develop creative pitch decks and treatments Research references for upcoming client opportunities Structure ideas into compelling presentations Work with the creative and business teams on pitches Use AI and modern creative tools to research, visualise and develop ideas fasterPRE-PRODUCTION
Assist with production planning Research locations, talent and shoot requirements Help prepare schedules, shot lists and production documents Coordinate with crew, vendors and internal teams Keep track of requirements before the team reaches the shootON SET
You'll be expected to go on shoots and actively participate in production.
That could mean:
Assisting the director and production team Coordinating people and requirements on location Keeping track of shots and production requirements Helping manage schedules Communicating with crew and contributors Spotting problems before they become problems Jumping in wherever the production needs supportSome projects may require travel outside Bengaluru, so you should be comfortable travelling when required.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We care more about how you think and work than what degree you have.
You might come from film, media, advertising, communications, design, marketing — or you might simply be someone obsessed with filmmaking and storytelling.
You should be:
Creative and full of curiosity Good at research Comfortable building presentations Confident communicating with people Organised and dependable Comfortable in fast-moving environments Excited about being on film sets Willing to travel for productions Comfortable taking responsibility Able to figure things out instead of waiting for instructions Interested in AI and new creative toolsKnowledge of filmmaking, photography, cameras, editing, design or production is a strong advantage.
But you don't need to know everything.
You need to be hungry enough to learn everything.

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month
Based on skills and capability.
Base: Bengaluru
Must be open to travelling for shoots
