Partnerships Leader – Chennai (Shollinghanallur)

We're seeking a seasoned professional (10–12 yrs exp) to drive strategic alliances that fuel distribution, customer acquisition, and long‐term growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and evaluate potential partners (corporates, fintechs, platforms, communities)

● Build and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals

● Negotiate commercial terms and finalize partnership agreements

● Drive partner onboarding and ensure smooth integration with internal teams

● Track and optimize partner performance (leads, conversions, revenue)

● Build co-marketing and co-branded initiatives with partners

● Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

● 10 - 12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances

● Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

● Experience working with startups, fintech, or insurance is preferred

● Ability to structure win-win partnership models

● An analytical mindset to track ROI and performance

● Number of active partnerships

● Revenue contribution from partnerships

● Cost per acquisition through partnerships

● Partner retention and engagement
