Pre-Primary Assistant Teacher

Qualification :- D.Ed / B.Ed Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a pre-primary school or early years education setting preferred. Job Description - We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Pre-Primary Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should be patient, creative, and passionate about working with children. Key Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting age-appropriate classroom activities. Support children in their academic, social, emotional, and physical development. Assist with storytelling, art and craft, rhymes, music, play-based learning , and other classroom activities. Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of students at all times. Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment . Observe and monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher. Assist with classroom displays, teaching aids , worksheets, and learning materials. Communicate professionally with parents and school staff when required. Participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities. Skills Required Strong interest and passion for working with young children. Patient, caring, and nurturing personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching. Ability to work collaboratively with the lead teacher and school team. Basic knowledge of child development and early childhood education. Good classroom management skills.
