Role: Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing the right support, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout their journey with Traya.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers professionally and understand their queries, needs, and concerns.. Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers.. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and active listening.. Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.. Ensure a seamless customer experience across interactions.. Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to address customer concerns.. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach in every interaction.. Meet assigned service and performance objectives while maintaining quality standards..

What We're Looking For

Graduation is mandatory for all candidates.. Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aviation is required.. Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written communication must be top-notch.. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.. Customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic approach.. Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently.. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Preferred Industry: Candidates with experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aviation
