We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Lead at iLegalLearn.

iLegalLearn is a legal edtech platform built to change how law students actually learn - practical skills, career readiness, and the parts of lawyering that textbooks skip. We combine AI, interactive learning, hands-on training programmes, and live sessions with Supreme Court lawyers.

We're now looking for a core team member to own Sales & Marketing and scale this across the country.

What you'll do

• Visit law colleges and pitch iLegalLearn to management and faculty

• Build and close B2B partnerships with institutions

• Build and execute the sales strategy for India-wide expansion

• Identify new markets and growth opportunities

• Work directly with the founders to build scalable sales and marketing processes

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience

• Strong B2B sales and business development skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation ability

• Comfortable with in-person college visits and pitching

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a real sense of ownership

• Willing to travel for business development

Big plus

Prior experience at SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis or another legal research / legal-tech company. Existing relationships with law colleges, faculty, or institutional decision-makers will be highly valued.

Compensation

Commission: ₹10,000–₹25,000+ per deal

Equity: 5–10%, based on experience, contribution and level of involvement
