Delivery Leader – Martech Services

Role Summary

This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for program delivery leveraging HCLSoftware's Unica portfolio, across implementation and managed marketing services engagements for banking and financial institution clients. The role is responsible for planning, staffing, and running multi-year marketing automation delivery programs, applying AI and agentic technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountability and Ownership of the entire Martech Delivery Program
• Deliver marketing outcomes to clients based on agreed delivery scope and contracts.
• Plan and run Martech program delivery in coordination with HCLSoftware stakeholders, business partners, and clients.
• Build project plans covering timelines, budgets, staffing, and milestones for multi-year engagements.
• Lead program delivery for banking and financial institution clients, applying delivery practices suited to regulated marketing environments.
• Run managed marketing services, including ongoing support and platform optimization for Unica deployments.
• Lead and coordinate project teams of 50 to 100+ members, including mentoring of project managers and associates.
• Ensure Program Governance by sharing program status to client and HCLSoftware stakeholders on an agreed cadence and gather feedback to keep delivery aligned to project goals.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Hire and allocate resources to meet client staffing commitments.
• Manage program budgets and report on financial status through the project lifecycle.
• Track program progress and client satisfaction, and adjust delivery plans when needed.
• Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain a collaborative team environment that supports delivery performance.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience planning, implementing, and delivering multi-year projects, including Marketing, ERP or digital transformation implementations, with team sizes of 50 to 100+ members.
• Direct client-facing delivery experience, including work with senior client management (CxOs).
• Experience implementing and delivering Martech or marketing automation programs.
• Experience delivering marketing managed services for banking or financial services clients.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean delivery methods.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risk.
• Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with Martech Platforms like Unica or Adobe.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and agentic AI as applied to marketing technology.
• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or another project management certification.
• MBA.
