Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview GetixHealth is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to build and lead a high-impact FP&A function supporting a growing, multi-entity business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership , driving data-informed decision-making, improving financial performance, and supporting scalable growth. A key focus of this role will be building client-level P&L visibility across the organization and transforming the forecasting process into a more accurate, scalable, and insight-driven capability .
