Zenith India Lawyers - Internship, Capital Markets (September)

Location: Sector 57, Gurugram (in-office)

Duration: 4 weeks (extendable based on performance and requirements)

Stipend: Minimum Rs. 10,000

Reports to: Associate / Partner on the assigned matter

Responsibilities

• Legal due diligence on issuer companies and related individuals and entities.
• Preparation and tracking of sections of requisition lists and review of documents received.
• Assistance in drafting Legal Search Reports, DRHP and RHP chapters.
• Research notes on the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, the Companies Act, 2013 and other Applicable Regulations.

Requirements

• Final year law student, recent graduate, or CS professional stage student.
• Careful drafting and close attention to detail.
• Willingness to work to filing timelines.
