Sales Operations Manager - Pakistan Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and lead information.
• Track sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
• Prepare sales reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns for lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Manage email campaign lists, segmentation, scheduling, and performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and responses.
• Use email outreach and automation tools to streamline campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other teams.
• Identify process gaps and suggest ways to improve sales efficiency.
• Maintain sales documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with email outreach and campaign tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL) and Instantly.
• Understanding of email campaign setup, contact list management, automated follow-ups, and campaign performance tracking.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work in the required CST time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sales reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Understanding of sales pipelines and forecasting.
• Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus.
• Experience with email automation, cold email outreach, and lead generation campaigns.
