HIRING | US VOICE PROCESS – BANKING
Location: Sector 75, Mohali
Experience: 1–4 Years
Shift: US Shift
Work Week: 5 Days | Rostered Week Off
We’re looking for candidates with experience in International Voice / US Voice processes , preferably from a Banking / BFSI process .
Key Requirements:
• Excellent English communication
• Prior US Voice / International Voice experience
• Banking/BFSI process exposure preferred
• Team Management / People Management
• Good understanding of process and quality parameters
• Comfortable working in US shifts
