Position Overview The Director of Operations serves as one of the restaurant's primary leaders and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leadership development, administrative systems, business performance, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a busy shift, coaching future leaders, analyzing business results, and helping execute long-term initiatives.
