Position Type: Full-time on-site, Hourly non-exemptJob Location: 1675 N. Delaware Street, Chandler AZ 85225Hours: Monday thru Thursday, 5:00am – 3:15pm (with potential OT on Friday)
General Summary:Under the supervision and mentorship of the Safety and Support Manager, The EH&S Administrative Assistant/Trainer is responsible to assist with administrative tasks for the area’s safety program. Duties include but not limited to: coordinating/assisting with new hire orientation training and paperwork. Process new hire customer badging. Responsible to teach OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR trainings. OSHA and First Aid/CPR certification training will be provided if individual does not possess these certifications.
Education and Experience:2 years administrative assistant experienceTraining background desirableExperience working in a construction environment desirableMaterial procurement experience preferred
