If the JD looks like something you would be interested in then please share your portfolio at Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's in Architecture Experience level of 5-8 years Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design development process from concept through detailed design and documentation, maintaining the integrity of the approved design intent throughout. Coordinate architectural design, medical planning, interiors, structure, MEPF, medical equipment and specialist consultant inputs into an integrated and technically resolved solution. Review architectural drawings and consultant submissions for functionality, spatial quality, technical accuracy, constructability, completeness and multidisciplinary coordination. Identify unresolved design decisions, missing information, technical conflicts and coordination risks early, and drive them to closure through design reviews, consultant meetings and clearly assigned actions. Work closely with project architects and medical planners to ensure that planning principles, clinical requirements and operational relationships are preserved through design development and technical coordination. Coordinate key technical interfaces including ceiling zones, shafts, service clearances, structural interfaces, equipment requirements and specialist installations to ensure buildability and design integration. Maintain consistency between approved design intent, drawings, schedules, details, specifications and consultant information throughout the project. Monitor design and coordination deliverables against the project programme, identify information or decisions that may affect timelines, and ensure timely resolution. Review major client, statutory, tender and construction-stage submissions prior to issue, ensuring appropriate levels of quality, coordination and completeness. Mentor project architects and junior team members in design development, technical resolution and multidisciplinary coordination, while supporting construction-stage RFIs, design clarifications, shop drawing reviews and consultant coordination as required. Nice to Have Experience with Healthcare Facilities Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit. Experience working within BIM-led project delivery environments. Familiarity with Navisworks and multidisciplinary clash detection. Ability to review architectural, structural and MEPF BIM models. Understanding of BIM coordination, model federation and information exchange workflows. Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, Common Data Environments and Levels of Development.
