We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – DeepTech & Healthcare atBhubaneswar

Y3X Innovatech is building next-generation solutions across Healthcare, DeepTech and Digital Twins. Our flagship product, Nirog Scan , is a portable cardiac assessment technology currently being validated and commercialised with healthcare partners.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help turn pilots, conversations and partnerships into real-world adoption.

What you’ll do:

• Drive hospital and healthcare business development for Nirog Scan

• Meet customers, conduct product demonstrations and build partnerships

• Identify and convert pilots into commercial opportunities

• Develop partnerships across DeepTech, Digital Twins and advanced technology

• Work closely with founders, engineering and research teams

• Travel extensively across India

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2–5 years of BD, technical sales, enterprise sales or healthcare sales experience

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

• A commercial, persistent and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply

• Willingness to be on the ground and travel extensively

Bonus: Experience in HealthTech, medical devices, DeepTech, IoT, Digital Twins, industrial technology—or an existing healthcare network.
