Job Description Manage all phases of ground-up tilt-wall construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and scope management activities Coordinate closely with Superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, owners, and trade partners Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Track project performance and proactively mitigate schedule, budget, and quality risks Conduct client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and project objectives Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and project performance updates Partner with field leadership to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation Lead project closeout activities, punch list completion, and final turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
