Job Description

- Schedule: 4x10s -- 8 am - 7 pm with 1-hour lunch
- Day off is Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- 20 patients per day
- Serves pediatric through adult patient populations
- Two locations -- central and west
- Hospital privileges required
