Role: SAM Discovery, Inventory, Tools & Automation Analyst

This role brings together software discovery, inventory, platform administration, data quality, integrations, reporting, and automation. You’ll work across Flexera One, Flexera One SaaS Manager, ServiceNow, and Nexthink to improve software visibility, data quality, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Own software discovery and inventory processes across endpoints, servers, SaaS, and other technology environments.
• Administer and support Flexera One, Flexera One SaaS Manager, ServiceNow, and Nexthink.
• Monitor discovery feeds, inventory sources, normalization results, integrations, and data quality.
• Support ELP preparation, compliance reviews, optimization, reporting, and audit activities.
• Build or coordinate automation to reduce manual SAM activities and improve consistency.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-quality controls.
• Work closely with SAM analysts, Product Owners, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, GRC, and ServiceNow teams.
• Help establish scalable and repeatable technical SAM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in SAM, ITAM, discovery/inventory, enterprise tooling, systems integration, or related technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with Flexera, ServiceNow, Nexthink, or comparable platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting data feeds, integrations, connectors, or APIs.
• Experience building operational reports, dashboards, or data-quality controls.
