Role Overview -

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Associate – Fashion & Graphics to join the ONIISAAB creative team.

This role is ideal for someone serious about building a long-term career in fashion design, streetwear, and creative direction.

The selected candidate will go through a mandatory 2-month paid training & internship period , focused on understanding ONIISAAB’s design systems, creative workflow, production process, and brand language.

Candidates who perform well during this period will transition into a long-term full-time role within the brand.

This is not a passive or support-only role.

You will be expected to contribute ideas, execute creative work at a high level, and actively participate in the development of real collections.

What You’ll Work On -

• Designing garments and concepts for upcoming collections
• Developing original graphics and visual directions
• Creating fashion mockups and presentation sheets
• Assisting in collection development from concept to production
• Creating and editing tech packs and production-ready files
• Researching references, fabrics, trims, washes, and silhouettes
• Developing CLO 3D renderings and visualisations
• Supporting branding, packaging, and creative direction
• Working on real products that go into manufacturing

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong understanding of fashion + graphic design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Strong visual taste and understanding of silhouettes
• Deep interest in anime, manga, Japanese culture, and streetwear
• Attention to detail and strong file management skills
• Ability to understand and execute creative direction effectively

Highly Preferred

• CLO 3D proficiency
• Tech pack experience
• Understanding of garment manufacturing
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, and print techniques
• Previous experience working on apparel/fashion projects

Training & Growth

The selected candidate will undergo a structured 2-month training and internship period before moving into a permanent role.

During this period, you will receive hands-on exposure to:

• Fashion collection development
• Streetwear design systems
• Tech pack creation
• Apparel production workflows
• CLO 3D presentation techniques
• Real-world garment execution

High-performing candidates will transition into a long-term position with significant creative growth opportunities inside the brand.
