About the Role

The role will involve financial, operational, and analytical analysis across transactions, with a focus on operational diligence, integration, carve-outs, restructuring, performance improvement, and value creation initiatives. The role will work closely with deal teams and stakeholders to evaluate financial and operational issues, identify opportunities for value creation, and develop data-driven insights to support transaction decisions.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Analysis
• Perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives.
• Support workstreams across Operational Due Diligence (ODD), integration, carve out execution, and value tracking.
• Build and maintain financial models, trackers, and data-driven outputs to support deal teams.
• Analyze management inputs and large datasets to develop clear findings, observations, and actionable insights.
• Tool Development & Knowledge Enablement
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to support project execution.
• Support the creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and data structures aligned with deal requirements.
• Capture project learnings and best practices to strengthen team capabilities across engagements.
• Internal / Capability-Building Activities
• Support knowledge development, research, and content creation initiatives.
• Contribute to internal materials and analysis supporting broader team priorities.
• Participate in initiatives focused on improving delivery quality, efficiency, and value creation impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles, preferably with exposure to deal environments.
• MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent relevant educational background.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to structure, interpret, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and operational performance metrics.
• Exposure to M&A / Deal Advisory engagements, including:
• Operational Due Diligence
• Integration
• Carve-outs
• Transaction-related analysis
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity deal environments with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear, structured, and concise manner.
