Senior Associate – Taxation & Compliance

R S A V & Company, Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced professional to join our team at Bhopal.

Location: Bagmugaliya, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-time

Workplace Type: On-site

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other assessees.
• Handling GST compliances and return filings.
• Handling TDS compliances and return filings.
• Handling PF and ESIC compliances and return filings.
• Periodic review of accounting records and backups.
• Preparation of financial statements, audit reports, certificates and other professional reports.
• Coordination with clients for collection of information, documents and statutory records.
• Maintenance of proper physical and digital client records.
• Managing and coordinating with the team to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Handling audit assignments and ensuring timely completion and submission of reports.
• Undertaking other taxation, audit, compliance and professional assignments as entrusted by the Partners.

Candidates meeting any of the following criteria may apply:

• Chartered Accountant (CA); or
• Cost Accountant (CMA); or
• Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or
• Semi-Qualified Cost Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or
• Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountant firm or taxation and compliance profile.

• Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF and ESIC compliances.
• Sound accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Good communication, client-handling and team-management skills.
• Professional approach with the ability to independently handle assignments and meet statutory deadlines.

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience and professional capabilities.
